didn't answer, googled the number after reverse lookup was dead end and found this site

Caller tried to get confidential and personal medical information and medicare number.

Telemarketer. Called about lowering my credit card interest rates (I don't have a credit card!) Also, called my cell phone.

This number keeps calling every single day and sometimes multiple times during the day and night. There is no answer when the phone is answered by me. When I call them back, it says I have reached Customer Service and to press #1 to talk to an agent and #2 to place my number on their do not call list. Either number pressed hangs up the phone. What kind of scam is this?
